
The squid is all caught on the South African East Coast mainly between Port Elizabeth and Plettenberg Bay Vessels are all new freezer factory vessels which are all E.U approved. Product is handcaught and blast frozen soon after catching to ensure optimum quality and this can be seen by the chocolate colour of the squids skin(C.J quality). Product is frozen in stainless steel pans and then glazed and placed in a plastic bag. Boxing and final inspection is done at a EU approved coldstore where product is boxed and labeled ready for export.
Product conforms to all EU requirements and all necessary certification and export documents are provided.
